Senior ColdFusion Developer

If you are passionate about Web Services UI technology and design practices, want to be involved in the design of complex, high-performance applications AND want to roll up your sleeves and build a world-class system, then join this small team of well-known developers.
Reporting to the Manager of Product Development, the Senior Web Developer is responsible for GUI design, Cross browser compatibility and full enterprise development of web applications used by clients and staff. You will be responsible for performance (scalability and optimization), enterprise QA testing, and diagnosis and repair of high level defects.
The Developer must be experienced working as a team member to design and implement complex systems using Agile methodologies. S/he should have experience creating project plans and have excellent communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 4-6 years Web applications development
* Expert ColdFusion experience with full life cycle projects
* Deep JavaScript, SQL, XML, Web Services experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience practicing Agile methodologies
* Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications
* Demonstrable experience working with databases using SQL Server 2005 or 2008.
* Experience using source control such as Subversion as well as continuous integration servers such as CruiseControl.
As a key member of the product development organization, you will be intimately involved from spec, through development, QA and release. You will communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure application integrity and performance. You will help prioritize development initiatives for individual projects and you will provide interviewing support for potential new hires.
